“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”
— Rumi
I consider my life a living, breathing experiment, a continual inquiry into the questions that live inside me.
I attempt to move through the world with curiosity, desire, and above all else, love. The lens through which I experience life has been shaped by many paths: my years as a dancer, meditator and yogi, student of philosophy and psychology, spirituality, esoteric eroticism and tantra, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, art, Buddhism, plant medicine, and long stretches of time immersed in the natural world.
I am most at home swimming in the realms of the unseen and deeply felt. These writings are reflections from that world, inner, outer, and far beyond. They are not answers so much as questions, observations, discoveries, and occasional glimpses of something I cannot quite name. I am humbled, often, by my own naivety. I find great pleasure in pondering the mysteries of being alive, following what moves me, and noticing the places where my own ego gets in the way.
So, with curiosity and delight, I invite you into a piece of my world.
Welcome.
